The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) is working with others to help build a Culture of Health that provides everyone in America a fair and just opportunity for health and well-being. In moving toward this goal, we must acknowledge that many people in this country do not have the same opportunities as others, and work to remove barriers to good health—such as poverty, discrimination, and powerlessness.
